Paid Packages
If you choose one of our packages, the refund terms for your package are set out in your written service agreement. Please review that agreement before you sign, and ask us about anything that isn’t clear.
Third-Party Fees
Fees you pay to other organizations, such as state licensing and application fees, business filing fees, insurance or bonding, and background check or fingerprinting fees, are not paid to Home Care Setup. Refunds of those fees, if any, are decided by those organizations under their own rules, and some states say their application fees are nonrefundable.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Your state makes every licensing decision. As described in our Terms of Service, we don’t guarantee a license, a timeline, clients or income.
